Who it's for

CoverManager presents itself as reservation software for hotel F&B that connects the PMS and centralizes every outlet: restaurant, bar and terrace. Mesatto is the reservation system for the hotel's restaurants, for in-house guests.

The hotel guest

CoverManager gives guests a direct way to book before they arrive. In Mesatto the guest books with room number and last name, and sees their tier's price and what their stay includes, charged to the room.

No-shows

CoverManager says it reduces them with deposits and reminders. Mesatto takes no deposits: it sends reminders, records check-in and no-show by seating and channel, and shows the history on the guest profile.

All-inclusive rules

Mesatto applies included visits per tier and per stay, a surcharge after the limit and minimum nights per restaurant, depending on the plan. It is the part of the product built for all-inclusive.

It takes no deposits or prepayments, has no customer marketing or review management, and has no online booking for outside diners.

Does Mesatto replace CoverManager?

For in-house guest reservations, yes. If you also sell to outside diners with a deposit, Mesatto does not do that.

Does Mesatto connect to the PMS?

With OPERA Cloud today; Mews and Cloudbeds are on our roadmap. It also works without a PMS: the concierge enters room and tier, or the tier is derived from the room number.

Does Mesatto charge per cover?

No. A monthly fee per active restaurant; never per cover, per reservation or by commission.
