Product · Guest profiles

Remember every diner the way your best server would.

Every reservation feeds the profile of the person who made it: visits, no-shows, allergies over time and your team's notes. Your concierge sees it when booking and your host when greeting them.

On every plan. Nothing extra to enter.

How it works

It builds itself, one reservation at a time.

  1. 01

    A reservation comes in

From the concierge, the guest web or the API: they all count towards the same profile.

  2. 02

    It links to a profile

By PMS profile or email, never by a similar name. A generic agency email doesn't mix anyone up.

  3. 03

Your team sees it in time

Severe allergies and notes on the reservation, before the diner sits down.

What it solves

Personal service, without relying on memory.

Allergies over time

Whatever they declared on any visit, in view on every new reservation.

Notes and tags

Anniversary, favourite table, the wine they bring: what your team noted, with author and date.

History across the hotel

Visits and no-shows in every restaurant your role can see.

Groups and organizers

A group reservation links to whoever organized it, without mixing up the guests.

Privacy and control

Your guests' data, handled with care.

The profile lives inside your organization. Nobody outside sees it, and inside, each role sees only what it should.

01

Permissions by role

Viewing profiles, writing notes and merging duplicates are granted by role.

02

Merge and split

If the same diner ended up in two profiles, merge them. If two people shared an email, split them.

03

Anonymize on request

If a guest asks to be forgotten, their profile and reservations are anonymized in one step.

04

Automatic clean-up

Inactive profiles are deleted on their own after the period you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Does my team have to enter anything extra?

No. The profile is built from the reservations they already take. Notes and tags are optional.

What about two guests with the same name?

They're never merged by name. If they ever end up together through a shared email, you split them in one step.

Who sees the notes?

The roles you give the permission to, and only for the restaurants assigned to them.

Can I delete a diner's data?

Yes. You anonymize their profile and reservations in one step, and who did it is recorded.
