Product · Guest web

Guests book on their own, under your hotel's rules.

A link or a QR code in the room. They identify themselves with room and surname, see what their tier includes, and confirm. No app to download, no card to hand over.

Switched on per hotel. Charged to the room; we never ask for payment details.

Three steps

From the QR code to the table.

  1. 01

Open the link or the QR code

In the room, in the lobby or in the welcome email. No app, no sign-up.

  2. 02

    Room and surname

That's enough. It isn't checked against the PMS: the hotel decides how many bookings per room and day.

  3. 03

    Choose and confirm

Their tier's price shows before confirming. Full seatings are greyed out, not hidden, and restaurants with a minimum stay say why.

What the hotel controls

You decide what they see and what they can do.

Switched on per hotel

One hotel in the group can have it on and another off. With it off, the link returns a 404.

Default tier

Whoever comes in without a known tier gets the one you set; the price follows from it.

Limit per room and day

How many bookings a room may hold on the same day. Anything beyond goes through the concierge.

Minimum nights

A restaurant can require a four-night stay. It shows as blocked, with a padlock and the reason.

Charged to the room

Charges go to the room account. We never ask for or store payment details.

Modify and cancel

The guest changes seating or party size and sees the price difference before accepting. The cancellation window is set by the hotel.

Same engine

The same rules as at the concierge desk.

The guest web isn't a separate channel with its own logic: it uses the restaurant's covers, tables, tiers and rules. What the guest books shows up in the list, on the host's tablet and in the reports under its own channel.

  • Its own channel in the reports
  • Bilingual email on confirmation
  • Notice and cutoff per channel

Frequently asked questions

Does the guest need an app?
No. It's a web page: link or QR code and that's it. Works on any phone.
How do they identify themselves?
With room and surname. It isn't checked against the PMS; the protection is the booking limit per room and day and a brake on repeated attempts.
Does it ask for a card?
Never. Anything chargeable goes to the room account, like any other charge at the resort.
Can I switch it off for one hotel?
Yes. It's switched on per hotel from the dashboard; off, the link shows nothing.
What does the guest see when there's no capacity?
The seating greyed out, not hidden. And if a restaurant requires minimum nights, it shows as blocked with the reason.
