Preferred area
The guest or the concierge asks for the terrace or the dining room, and the table comes from that area.
Product · Floor plan
Draw the dining room once: tables, combinations and areas. Mesatto assigns the table on booking, keeps to the area the guest asked for, and shows the host the service at a glance.
Optional per hotel. Without a plan, covers stay per seating and table type.
How it works
Drag tables by size, name them and group them into areas: terrace, dining room, bar. The architect's plan can go in the background.
Each reservation takes the table or combination that fits its party, without double-seating anyone. If someone cancels, the table is freed.
On the tablet they see who's seated, who's coming and which table is free. List or plan, as they prefer.
What it solves
The guest or the concierge asks for the terrace or the dining room, and the table comes from that area.
Two tables for four are joined for a party of eight, only when needed.
A supervisor sets a specific table; the system rearranges the rest without touching that one.
Which tables serve each seating: the terrace opens for dinner, not for lunch.
No. It's optional per hotel. Without a plan, covers are controlled per seating and table type, as always.
Yes: upload it as a background image and place the tables on top.
If no table or combination is free, the seating won't take it. A supervisor can record it as an override, without a table, and it's audited.
No: they pick the area. The specific table is decided by the system or your team.
