Product · Floor plan

Every reservation arrives with its table.

Draw the dining room once: tables, combinations and areas. Mesatto assigns the table on booking, keeps to the area the guest asked for, and shows the host the service at a glance.

Optional per hotel. Without a plan, covers stay per seating and table type.

How it works

From a drawn dining room to service in motion.

  1. 01

    Draw the dining room

Drag tables by size, name them and group them into areas: terrace, dining room, bar. The architect's plan can go in the background.

  2. 02

    The table assigns itself

Each reservation takes the table or combination that fits its party, without double-seating anyone. If someone cancels, the table is freed.

  3. 03

The host serves from the plan

On the tablet they see who's seated, who's coming and which table is free. List or plan, as they prefer.

What it solves

Less improvising at the door.

Preferred area

The guest or the concierge asks for the terrace or the dining room, and the table comes from that area.

Table combinations

Two tables for four are joined for a party of eight, only when needed.

Pick by hand

A supervisor sets a specific table; the system rearranges the rest without touching that one.

Tables per seating

Which tables serve each seating: the terrace opens for dinner, not for lunch.

What the hotel controls

The tables are the inventory.

With the floor plan on, covers come from the real tables: a table that doesn't exist can't be sold, not from the concierge, the guest web or the API.

01

Optional per hotel

Switched on per organization or per hotel. Switching it off deletes nothing.

02

One availability

Concierge, guest web and API all query the same free tables.

03

Importable by API

An integrator loads the whole plan from their system, with a dry run first.

04

Every change audited

Who assigned or moved each table, with user and time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to draw the plan?

No. It's optional per hotel. Without a plan, covers are controlled per seating and table type, as always.

Can I use the architect's plan?

Yes: upload it as a background image and place the tables on top.

What if a reservation doesn't fit?

If no table or combination is free, the seating won't take it. A supervisor can record it as an override, without a table, and it's audited.

Does the guest pick the table?

No: they pick the area. The specific table is decided by the system or your team.
