Every seating has a capacity in covers. Lunch, dinner and late dinner can each have their own covers, hours and release time.

Each restaurant, the way it actually runs.
A breakfast buffet isn't booked like a twelve-seat omakase. Whatever differs is configured per restaurant and per seating.
Tables by type and seating
Ten twos, five fours, two eights: the table inventory is declared per seating and the reservation takes the one that fits.
Hours, release, days and closures
Opening days, seating cutoff, release minutes before, and closures by date or range: all per restaurant, with a reason.
Search and edit
By room, surname, date, seating or status. Change party size, seating or notes without re-entering anything.
Service
Last-minute changes without breaking the capacity.
One more guest turns up: the system recalculates and reassigns the table on its own. If the seating can't take it, a supervisor can open capacity on the spot with an override that is audited, with user and time.

Frequently asked questions
- How many restaurants and seatings can I have?
- On Pro, unlimited. Each restaurant defines its own seatings, covers, tables, hours and closures.
- What happens when a seating is full?
- The reservation is refused with the reason. A user with the permission can force an override; it is recorded with user and time and shows up in the reports.
- Are tables mandatory?
- No. You can run on covers alone. If you declare tables by type and seating, the reservation takes the one that fits and is reassigned when the party size changes.
- Does it work without a PMS?
- Yes. Room, tier and nights are entered once per reservation. With OPERA Cloud connected they arrive on their own.
- Can guests book on their own?
- Yes, through the guest web: a link or QR code, room and surname, and their tier's price in view before confirming.
