How the PMS module works
PMS credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the server. Connection test from the dashboard.
Each hotel picks which PMS field the guest tier comes from and which Mesatto tier it maps to.
Room and surname: name, tier, check-in and check-out arrive on the reservation by themselves.
Bilingual confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders. Enterprise sends from its own domain.
