Frequently asked questions
- Do you charge per cover or per reservation?
- No. The price is per active restaurant per month. Take as many reservations as you like.
- Do I need OPERA?
- No. Without a PMS the concierge enters the room and tier by hand; with one, they fill themselves in.
- Where does the data live?
- In a PostgreSQL database with per-organization isolation (RLS) and a full audit trail. Export it whenever you want.
- Can I try it with my team?
- Yes: create your organization, invite your team by email, and load the demo resort to practise on.
- Can I connect an AI assistant?
- Yes, on the plans that include the public API. Mesatto runs an MCP server (mcp.mesatto.com): any compatible assistant can check availability, quote each restaurant's policies, and book on the guest's behalf — with the same scope and the same rules as the API key connecting it. Writes always ask for confirmation.
